What are Nordic Wasi throws made from?

Our throws are woven from 100% baby alpaca. Each product page lists the material, colour, size, weight and finishing details.

Where are your baby alpaca throws made?

Nordic Wasi throws are woven and finished in Peru. Orders are dispatched from Aalborg, Denmark.

What size are the throws?

All throws in our current Essential, Vibrant, Zigzag Eyelash and Zigzag Fringes collections measure 130 × 180 cm.

What is the difference between the collections?

Essential offers solid colours with classic fringed edges. Vibrant combines a melange appearance with classic fringes. Both Zigzag collections feature a herringbone pattern: Zigzag Eyelash has a fine, short fringe, while Zigzag Fringes has longer, classic fringes.

How should I care for my baby alpaca throw?

Air your throw to keep it fresh between cleanings. If there are stains or it needs cleaning, dry clean only. Do not machine wash.

Do you offer free shipping in Denmark?

Yes. Shipping is free throughout Denmark. Orders are dispatched from Aalborg, with shipping arranged through Shipmondo.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with delivery information. For delivery questions or delays, contact info@nordicwasi.dk.

Can I return my throw, and who pays return shipping?

You may notify us of your decision to return an item within 30 days of delivery. Email info@nordicwasi.dk with your order number, then send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.

You pay return shipping unless the item is faulty, arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. In these cases, contact us first so we can arrange the return at our expense. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full conditions.

When will I receive my refund?

We issue refunds to your original payment method within 7 calendar days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to credit your account.
