Refund policy

In short. Tell us within 30 days of delivery that you want to return an item, send it back within 14 days of telling us, and we refund your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the throw or proof that you have shipped it.

1. Notifying us

You may notify us of your decision to return an item within 30 days of delivery. Send an e-mail to info@nordicwasi.dk with your order number. You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not compulsory.

Send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

2. Condition of the item

Please return your throw clean, unwashed and without damage caused by use. Include its labels and the original packaging where possible. You may inspect the throw as you would in a shop. Handling beyond this may result in a deduction reflecting any loss in value.

3. Return shipping

You pay the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. In these cases, contact us first so that we can arrange the return at our expense.

5. Refunds

We issue refunds to your original payment method within 7 calendar days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first, and in any case no later than the deadline set by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to credit your account.

6. Your statutory rights

Our 30-day return policy is a voluntary extension of the 14-day right of withdrawal that you have as a consumer under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. It does not affect your statutory withdrawal rights or your rights relating to faulty goods, including the two-year right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

If you believe an item is faulty, contact us at info@nordicwasi.dk with your order number, a description of the fault and, if possible, photos. We will arrange repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the law and cover reasonable return costs.

7. Withdrawal form

Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may e-mail it to info@nordicwasi.dk or send it by post to the address below.
